Hi, I am Annabelle, or Annabelly, because I think nothing beats belly rubs. I came to the shelter with my sisters as young puppies. We were found on the national road and taken in the shelter for safety.
They say I've got remarkable eyes and that they are more like cat's than dog's eyes. Apparently I have a unique coat too, so you definitely won't find a dog who looks like me!
My insecurity makes it difficult for me to get along with some dogs, but as long as they are polite, I am okay with them. I get along well with cats. But more than anything I love being around humans and getting attention. When they show up at our fence, I stand on my back legs and let them rub my belly.
Since I was saved from the streets, I have spent all my time at the shelter. I would love to be part of a family. I hope you like me and want to take me home. If you rub my belly, I will be the best dog!
